Corstorphine

The project involved the comprehensive renovation of an existing single-storey bungalow, including the formation of a new basement beneath the original footprint. This required extensive excavation below ground level, temporary structural support to the existing building, and the construction of new basement retaining walls and foundations. Alongside the below-ground works, the main house was fully refurbished, incorporating structural alterations, upgraded services, and improved finishes throughout, resulting in a significantly enhanced and modernised home.
