Phase One comprised the comprehensive renovation of the existing house and associated cottage, together with the addition of a new contemporary rear extension. The proposals were carefully developed to respect the historic character of the B-Listed building while introducing high-quality modern interventions. This transformed the property into a state-of-the-art four bedroom family home combining restored heritage fabric with contemporary living spaces.

Phase Two involved the construction of two neighbouring dwellings within the wider site boundary. These new-build properties were designed for use as ‘holiday lets’, forming a contemporary addition to the principal house while remaining subordinate in scale and character and responsive to the Conservation Area context.
